"The pool and hot tubs have been closed since January. Your site stated what you see is what you pay and that changed as soon as we checked in and was charged for parking. Neither of which we knew when we booked. It would have changed our decision. "

"Very loud, kids running through the hallways after 1:00 am. Doors slamming, etc. You would think they would have a quiet time like at Midnight. Didn’t have coffee cups, water, or wash clothes in the room. We asked for them and received replacements. "

"The room was decently clean, the bath tub has a ring around it. The room smelled awful and the smell was on our pilllows so it was hard to sleep."

"first of all, the pool is beautiful and one of the best parts of our stay. the room was good and as young women we felt safe in the hotel but the only thing is we were not expecting our hotel room to go right outside instead of having a hallway or lobby like the pictures said, because all of those rooms were all under construction. but overall it was a good area to get to everything for a great place. even though the room placement was unexpected we would stay here again "
